They are well-equipped for market introductions of new products, especially, when the case is used by the sales employee, trade representative or specialist consultant her-/himself. Starting with a production series of 50 pcs many features are free selectable.

The case sizes:

Different profile heights grant the optimal adjustment of the case size for each project.

The following aluminium profiles are available as case heights for the PEGAR-system:

Height of the base profile
25 mm | 45 mm | 65 mm
85 mm | 115 mm | 150 mm

Height of the lid profile
25 mm | 45 mm


Each base profile can be optionally combined with one of the lid profiles mentioned before. The combination of the profiles results in different interior heights of the cases that can be used for packaging.

The area dimension (width x depth) can be chosen according to the following measures.

Minimum dimension:  
width = 290 mm | depth = 190 mm
Maximum dimension:
width = 750 mm | depth = 450 mm


Colour of the aluminium profiles:

Standard colours are available in:

  • black | similar to RAL 9005
  • white | similar to RAL 9003
  • tapis grey | similar to RAL 9007
  • daytona silver | similar to RAL 9006


Starting with 100 pcs a colour can be freely chosen according to RAL.
